"Bugs" was an agent for the Global Occult Coalition's PHYSICS Division, operating as the team leader of Assessment Team 721 "Lazy Wolf" during the late 20th century.

Bugs was born at some point in the 20th century, eventually being recruited by the Global Occult Coalition as a PHYSICS Division agent. They eventually rose to become the team leader of Assessment Team 721 "Lazy Wolf" by the late 20th century.
721 was assigned to monitor the Children of the Scarlet King, a group of anomalous cultists who worshiped the Scarlet King. Bugs had their team split up between certain cells utilizing infiltration and espionage: electronic and thaumaturgic.
Bugs eventually received a report that the Alabama Children cell were transporting several metal staves. The group soon withdrawn after the scrying of Operative "Prankster" was eliminated by thaumaturgic means. Bugs soon after wrote a report on the Children, sending it to PHYSICS Division Command. [1]
