The Serpent's Hand (GoI-11, GoI-14 and GoI-α-019) is an anomalous resistance movement that seeks to break the Veil and reveal the existence of the anomalous so that humanity can utilize it to better themselves. They directly oppose the Global Occult Coalition and the SCP Foundation, though have been known to work with both in the face of greater threats. Their headquarters is the Crossroads-class Nexus Wanderer's Library.

The Hand was one of several factions that targeted the Chicago Spirit and Foundation Joint Team I-3 "Rum Runners"; other factions included the Church of the Broken God and assorted thaumaturges.[1]
Alternate realities[]
U-5000[]
In an alternate universe where the SCP Foundation discovered the Entity and waged autogenocide to stop its plans, some kaijumancers of the Serpent's Hand stayed behind to combat the resurrected SCP-4290 even in the wake of the Wanderer's Library detaching itself from this reality. This reality was reset when Pietro Wilson threw SCP-055 into SCP-579.[2]
U-6000[]
When SCP-6000 was opened in U-6000 in the Amazon rainforest in 2030, many known Serpent's Hand cells were targeted by the SCP Foundation for arrest. Later, before and during Operation REDLOCK on 28 December 2030, the Serpent's Hand entirely left Earth for the Wanderer's Library.

Since the Serpent's Hand is a decentralized group, they don't really have a proper organization like other groups and are divided into independent cells; however, what we do know is that each cell has a leader.
